Refund policy
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Return Shipping Costs
📌 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
✅ Core Revolution Covers Return Shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
✅ Customers Cover Return Shipping for change-of-mind returns or incorrectly ordered items.
💡 A prepaid return label is only provided when Core Revolution is responsible for return shipping.
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
✅ Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
✅ Return Request Deadline: 7 days from receipt.
✅ Refund: Issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees (see Section 6.6).
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

📌 Provide clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.
✅ Resolution: Choose between a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received

6.5 Order Cancellation

- Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may have already been processed.
📌 After Shipment:
- If your order has shipped, you must wait until delivery and request a return.
6.6 Restocking Fees (If Applicable)
📌 A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns due to:
- Change of mind.

7. Returns for International Shipments & Products Shipped from Outside the U.S.
7.1 Return Process for Internationally Shipped Items
Some of our products may be shipped directly from suppliers outside the United States. If you need to return an item that was shipped from abroad:
✅ Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
✅ Returns must be shipped back to the supplier’s designated return center (which may be located outside the U.S.).
✅ Core Revolution does not cover any customs fees, duties, or import/export costs related to international returns.

- We will provide return instructions and the supplier’s return address, but the customer must arrange and pay for international return shipping.
- Customs clearance for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds

8.2 Refund Processing
✅ Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
✅ Issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
✅ It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund.
8.3 Partial Refunds

- The item is returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
